Minkastudio is a custom design build shop with an emphasis on craftsmanship and sustainability. We strive for a refined simplicity in our designs, and longevity of our products. A thing made should last, and look good while it does. Wood is our primary medium, although we love to explore the qualities of other materials such as metal and concrete.
Minkastudio is a boutique sawmill operating on principles of stewardship and sustainability. We collaborate with local arborists to divert our urban forest resources out of the waste and energy stream, and into the realm of landscape architecture, fine arts, and craft.
